• PAYMENT POLICY

    We accept both credit/debit cards and cash payments at the time of service. Please note that a $2.00 transaction fee will apply to card payments. Kindly ensure prompt payment to avoid any inconvenience.

  • CANCELLATION POLICY

    To avoid a cancellation fee, appointments must be canceled at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled time. Cancellations made within 24 hours will incur a 50% service fee

  • LATE SHOWS

    Appointments will not be extended for late arrivals, and the scheduled time slot will be strictly adhered to. If a client is more than 15 minutes late, the appointment will be canceled.

  • CELL PHONE POLICY

    We request that clients put their phones away during appointments. Using phones or moving around during the session can interfere with providing the best possible service.
